Here's an old Elk Hart Trumpet by Buescher that comes with its original case. Trumpet is in very poor condition, it will need to be restored, or just used for parts or a wall hanger. About my auctions:
I sell many items I’ve owned for years along with items that I come across that I need to liquidate. I work as an independent contractor and so I continuously accumulate items that for one reason or another I have to sell. Then because I have the time and resources to sell on eBay I’m often ask by friends to list items for them. This allows me to have a large variety and keep interest in the items I sell.
About my items:
I attempt to research all the items I sell to find out the current selling prices. Then I usually list my items far below what others are selling them for. If I list an expensive item at .99 on an auction it’s because I believe there will be enough interest in the item to reach a fair selling price. If I list a book at $12.95 at a fixed price it’s because I want the buyer to be able to get it without waiting and I know that Amazons lowest price may be $20… again I’m here to sell my items quickly at a fair price. With that being said, from time to time I’ll change my prices and should I have auction items without interest I may cancel or change the auction before the 24 hour limit is up. So, should you have an interest in any of my items please bid or buy because they may be gone at anytime.

In regards to me posting Feedback for you as a buyer; I’ve STOPPED leaving Feedback. It’s a waste of my time to post a bunch of “yea you’re a great ebay’er” comments if I can’t be honest and post what I feel about how our transaction really went. If you purchase an item from me and want feedback, you’ll need to email me and request it.
In regards to you posting Feedback for me as a seller, it’s up to you. I’m not going to request it nor do I encourage you to post Feedback for me. I’ve been an eBay member for over 10 years and have a 99.3% positive Feedback so I believe my history has been well established. Should buyers start posting Negative Feedback that’s not accurate, I will post a rebuttal.

I will only leave Feedback should something need to be stated… I’m not leaving Feedback for the sake of leaving Feedback… again; it would be a waste of my time.
PAYMENTS:
In the past I’d accept almost any payment type, not anymore.
To pay with PayPal you must have to have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS otherwise I’ll deny the payment and you’ll need to pay with a USPS Money Order or Cashiers Check.
If you pay via PayPal; I will require that you pay for Insurance and Deliver Confirmation at a fixed rate that will be stated in my ebay ad on all items regardless of the cost of the item.
If you pay via Money Order (USPS only) or Cashiers Check: I will not require you pay for Insurance and Deliver Confirmation unless the item costs more than $25.00, but you can if you want to.
NO CHECKS or FEDERAL MONEY ORDERS etc. will be accepted.
LATE payments:
Please, if you're going to bid on my item, please have the funds ready to pay for it. I’ve noticed since I can no longer leave buyers Neg. Feedback that payments are no longer being made promptly. I don’t want to hold items in my inventory any longer than necessary and run the risk of them getting lost or damaged… so, if I don’t get an email from you or a payment within 7 days I must reserve the right to re-sale it and request my ebay fees back. Also, you’ll be blocked from bidding on my items again.
SHIPPING costs:
I sell many types of items and I allow local pickups, so in most cases I do not box my items until I know they’ll need to be shipped. I’ve learned to estimate the shipping costs that I charge in my ads. I also realize that bidders bid based on a total amount they’re going to pay including the shipping rates charged, so in the end the total cost is all that really matters to the buyer. If I overestimate the actual cost of shipping, it doesn’t matter because if I would have lowered that shipping rate that items price would have went higher in the auction. If I underestimate the shipping costs, I cover the shipping costs at my expense and loss. With that being said, I no longer combine shipping costs, I will ship your items together in most situations but I’ve noticed that in some cases the rates actually go up with larger packages. Plus, it actually takes me longer to box multiple items into one shipment… and time is money.
LOCAL pickups:
I allow local pickups for items you purchase and you’ill save on the shipping costs, but I only accept Cash at the time of pickup… do not pay with PayPal.
RETURNS:
Generally, I do not accept returns. I liquidate items to be sold and in a lot of cases I sell in an auction format without a reserve. So, if you have a need to see the item (want to touch it) and want to be able to return it… go to Wal-Mart… this is not for you. My exception to this rule is if after you receive your item, for some reason I did not disclose something about the item that’s significant and you don’t want it. In that case, after you return the item to me at your expense and you’ve returned it with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance I’ll return your purchase price as you paid but I won’t pay shipping both ways. Be responsible; there’s always risks associated with buying online. Also, you may be able to return an item without my authorization but should you complete such a transaction you’ll be blocked from bidding on my items again.
OVERSEAS bidders:
I have not stopped selling overseas, but simply put I’m discouraging it… the shipping costs are high, people always asking me to help avoid Customs fees, and I can’t verify delivery… it’s a lot of trouble. So I’ve decided to add a $10 packaging & handling fee to cover my additional time of handling overseas items… amount will be added to your invoice. Also, you cannot pay with PayPal you must pay with an International Money Order. Plus, in most cases I cannot quote shipping costs in advance because I do not box my items until I know they’ve been sold and need to be shipped.
EXPIRED items:
I’ve started limiting the re-listing of items that failed to sell because the fees are too high, especially when only half of the items I’m listing are selling. Please look at my completed items to see a list of my items that have not sold and feel free to email me if you see something that you’re interested in.
