Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm PST.  We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.  All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed and all packages will be shipped during our business hours only.  Any emails you send to us should include the eBay item number, your eBay user ID and an email address registered with eBay.

Our Auctions are managed by a Professional Auction Management Service which requires that you visit checkout at the end of this auction. If you're the winning bidder you'll be required to type your name and address into the Auction Management's Software to complete the sale.  This information creates the shipping label and invoice for processing your order.  If you don't agree to type your name and address at the conclusion of this auction then please do not bid on this item.  Our service will never ask you for your user ID or passwords and only needs your name and address to complete your order. We will never share or sell your name and address to any third party and this information will only be used for this specific transaction.

Items sold as is: All Sales are Final.

If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or the incorrect item was shipped, the buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at the seller's discretion within a reasonable amount of time.  All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain our authorization before returning.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.  Warranties offered by the manufacturer are exclusive to the manufacturer and do not represent any warranty by the seller; return these items directly to the manufacturer for warranty.  Shipping and handling fees will not returned or refunded for any reason once the item has shipped.

We make every effort to correctly advertise and properly represent every item that we sell. Pictures are representations of actual items that we sell but substitutions may occur and minor details might be different without notice. Our written auction descriptions are general descriptions and slight variances may occur without notice. Manufacturers constantly change colors, switches, power cord lengths, packaging, power ratings and speeds without notice and although we make every attempt to correctly advertise each item we are not responsible for minor variances and not liable for return shipping charges. We are resellers and not manufacturers and describe our items as they are described by the Manufacturer and their packaging. We are not responsible for manufacturer inaccuracies.
