We use premium quality materials and each handle is stress tested for durability. All yarn and cord mallets are machine wound for consistency. If you are not completely satisfied with the mallets, you may return them within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Shipping: US Shipping is done through the United States Post Office. I use USPS Priority mail unless another method is requested. Most Items will be delivered within a week or so of your payment. However, it could take a little longer depending the size of your order and over all order volume. You will receive an email with shipping information from the US Post Office after the shipping label is printed.
International Buyers Welcome: Low International Shipping Rates are offered through the US Postal Service. Items are usually delivered within 7-14 business days (sometimes a little longer depending on where you are). Faster delivery is available upon request. Please ask for a shipping quote. I accept PayPal and money orders paid in US dollars.
