Hello from Germany! You are bidding on a vintage antique parlor guitar, handmade, probably in Germany. The label says "Max Lindner, Musikhaus, Weiden (a german town)", no date, I suppose made around 1900 to 1920. An excellent instrument in good condition, cleaned, needs some small repairs, but good playable in this condition, too ! Beautiful all solid wood, top finest spruce (wonderful aged), sides and back beautiful flamed maple. Superb wood! The tuners (with bone knobs) work well, nice head, rosewood fingerboard with 17 frets (good condition, show slight signs of use), 4 mother-of-pearl markers at the fretboard, beautiful original bridge (maybe ebony), 3 original bridge pins, 2 are replaced, one is missing. The neck is totally straight and very good playable (action 12th fret 3.5 to 4mm, perfect). Older nylon strings (one is missing), very fine and lovely sound with great resonance. I think steel also should be an option.
GOOD ORIGINAL CONDITION - This parlor guitar was well played. Damages: 3 hairline cracks at the top, one small separation back-side, the bridge shows a small separation to the top, but looks stable. Scratches and damages to the varnish. See my pics!
Dimensions and specifications: Total length 920mm, scale length 620mm, largest width of the body 317mm, sides from 60 to 80mm, nut 42mm, 12th fret 52mm. Sorry, there is no case or bag. All in all a very interesting and high quality instrument for the ambitious player or any collection.

Hier eine sehr schöne antike Gitarre in kleinerer Parlor-Form, handgebaut wahrscheinlich in Deutschland, das Label sagt "Max Lindner, Musikhaus, Weiden", keine Jahreszahl, schätzungsweise um 1900 bis 1920. Guter Zustand und sehr gut spielbar (absolut gerader Hals, die Mechanik läuft gut, Palisandergriffbrett mit 17 Bundstäben, schöner originaler Steg, vielleicht Ebenholz, Saitenhöhe 12. Bund 3,5 bis 4mm). Feinste Hölzer (massive Fichte, wunderschön gealtert, und edles geflammtes massives Ahorn). Dieses Instrument wurde sicher sehr oft und intensiv gespielt. Alte Nylonsaiten (eine fehlt), wunderbarer Klang, fein und edel mit guter Resonanz, aber auch Stahl wäre eine Option. Mensur 620mm, Gesamtlänge 920mm. Schäden: 3 Haarrisse auf der Decke, eine Trennung Zarge-Boden, der Steg geht minimal hoch, sieht aber dennoch sehr stabil aus. Viele Kratzer und Lackschäden (vor allem am Boden). Alles in allem ein hochinteressantes altes Meisterstück zum Spielen oder Sammeln! Bitte die Bilder anschauen.
