As is – sale final. US 48 states bidders only. I am only accepting Paypal for this auction. Flat rate shipping will be through USPS. Item will be sent at the fastest possible shipping rate as funds collected will allow (i.e. I am on the West Coast. If shipping is $10 and you are on the West Coast, usually shipping will be 2-3 days, compared to East Coast shipping, which may be 7-10 days due to the enhanced shipping cost). Buyer must contact me within 3 days of the end of sale to make payment arrangements. Failure to contact me within 3 days will result in items being re-listed. Negative feedback may be left. Items will only be listed for sale 3 times. If items do not sell after 3 attempts, items will be sold through other channels and no longer available on E-Bay.
I recently received negative feedback from someone who was complaining about the tone of a 50 year old speaker. It was not an issue of whether the speaker arrived quickly, was well packed, damaged or arrived in any condition other than was advertised. It was only an issue of the low tone of the speaker as explained by the buyer. The buyer refused to accept the fact that this was an AS IS sale and held me responsible for the tone of a 50 year old speaker. Even though both parties have now agreed to withdraw our negative feedback, all future purchasers should understand and accept up front that all items sold through as-is surplus are AS IS. Descriptions in the ads will be as accurate as I can provide, but I offer no guarantees as to the tone or detail of a specific item. I do not make or manufacture these items – I am strictly a seller. If you are not comfortable with these terms, do not bid. I will not guarantee the performance of any item.
