This is a brand new in packaging 18" flourescent blacklight fixture. This item is completely assempled just plug it in. Last 7.5 times longer than incandescent blacklight bulbs. Makes stellar light effects for Posters, Parties, DJ Booth, Dance Clubs, and Intergalastic settings. When bulb burns out can be replaced with 18 inch GE blacklight bulb.
