WHY THE FLUGELHORN TOGA®?
Many flugelhorn players, professional and amateur alike long ago gave up lugging around their instruments in unwieldy old-fashioned hard cases in favor of the more convenient gig bags which in the commonly utilized double and larger sizes offer considerably more storage capacity. Because of their convenience, it has become commonplace to surround or stack the flugelhorn in gig bags with all manner of accessories, from mutes to stand lights, cameras, additional instruments and etc. Unfortunately, this can often lead to scratches or dents, as the instrument is generally more unprotected from surrounding items in the bag than in a hard case.
THE FLUGELHORN TOGA® has been created to address and solve this problem. It is designed to protect the instrument from surrounding accessories or additional instruments without compromising the advantage of the bag’s larger storage capacity.
It is a flugelhorn length sleeve made from the highest quality leather-like durable vinyl, closed at one end into which the flugelhorn is easily inserted with a snug fit. The open end is secured with a quick-release hook and loop tab.
THE FLUGELHORN TOGA® will enable the musician to stack two flugelhorns safely or allow for various accessories to be carried above or below the instrument thus enhancing the function of the more convenient bags.

Deluxe Togas are made of durable upholstery grade vinyl, lined with 100% luxurious crushed nylon velvet for many years of use, attached two piece pouch for holding two mouthpieces or one mouthpiece and bottle of valve oil (round bottle) Velcro hook and loop tabs on both pouch and Togas for easy opening and closing. End piece is shaped and size as the bell of your horn for a great fit.
